The Phenomenon of Adjacent/Maqrūn Narration in the Method of Ḥadīth

چکیده
Hadis rivayetinde önemli hususlardan birisi, bir hadisin muhtelif tarikle rivayet edilmesi meselesidir. Muhaddisler tasnif dönemi öncesinden başlamak üzere farklı varyantlarını elde etmek için yoğun çaba harcamışlardır. Musannifler de bu varyantları eserlerinde tek senette birleştirmek çeşitli usuller geliştirmişlerdir. Bu usullerden birisi maḳrûn rivayettir. Maḳrûn rivayet, özellikle zayıf râvilerle güçlü râvileri aynı senedde araya getirerek hadisi ve senedi takviye amacına dayanır. usulünde makrûn mütâbaat rivayetle bazı açılardan ilişkili olsa da yöntem, tanım işlev açısından mütâbaattan farklıdır. Araştırmada maḳrûnun sözlük terim anlamı, yöntemi, türleri, tarihsel süreç içerisinde olgusuna yapılan atıflar, rivayetin gerekçeleri işlevleri, maḳrûnun, iʿtibâr, ʿâḍıd, şâhid kavramlarıyla ilişkisi tahlil edilmiştir. Çalışmada ayrıca anlaşılması Buhârî Müslim’den örnek sened incelemelerine yer verilmiştir. Araştırma bulgularına göre musannifler râviler arasında maḳrûnluk ilişkisini, atıf vavı tahvil ḥası yöntemiyle kurmuşlardır.
